Rixos Hotels تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير المالية (Director of Finance) في فندق ريكسوس مرجانة (Rixos Murjana) في مكة، مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- الإشراف الكامل على وظائف المالية والمحاسبة ومراقبة التكاليف والمشتريات في فندق ريكسوس مرجانة.
- تقديم التقارير إلى المدير العام وبناء علاقات مهنية قوية مع الإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة والجهات الخارجية.
- ضمان تطبيق الرقابة المالية وإعداد التقارير الدقيقة وإدارة الميزانية والامتثال لسياسات ريكسوس.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة العمليات المالية والمحاسبية ومراقبة التكاليف والمشتريات.
- إعداد ومراقبة الميزانية التشغيلية السنوية والتوقعات وتدفقات النقدية ومتطلبات رأس المال العامل.
- الإشراف على التقارير المالية الشهرية والتسويات وتقديمها في الوقت المحدد.
- الحفاظ على رقابة فعالة على إدارة النقدية وتقديم التوصيات بناءً على الأداء المالي.
- مراقبة الإيرادات والمصروفات والمشتريات والرواتب والمدفوعات والأداء المالي العام.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات ريكسوس والضوابط المالية والقوانين واللوائح السعودية.
- الحفاظ على علاقات مهنية قوية مع الملاك وممثليهم.
- فهم متطلبات اتفاقية الإدارة والامتثال لها.
- التنسيق مع المدير المالي الإقليمي والمكتب الإقليمي بشأن الأمور المالية والمشاريع.
- التعاون مع جميع الأقسام لمراقبة مصروفاتها ودعم مبادرات ضبط التكاليف.
- الإشراف على ضوابط المشتريات، وجرد المخزون، والأصول الثابتة، ومشتريات المعدات التشغيلية.
- إدارة أنشطة الائتمان وتقليل الأرصدة المتأخرة وغير القابلة للتحصيل.
- ضمان إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية والتقارير القانونية في الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والمستشارين القانونيين والجهات الحكومية عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للعقود والتراخيص والتصاريح والتأمين والوثائق المالية والقانونية.
- العمل مع الموارد البشرية على ضوابط الرواتب وميزانيات الرواتب.
- التنسيق مع قسم تقنية المعلومات على إعداد الأنظمة المالية والتدريب.
- قيادة وتدريب وتوجيه وتقييم موظفي المالية والأقسام ذات الصلة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الائتمان والإدارة والبرامج التدريبية والمبادرات.
- دعم التحسين المستمر والكفاءة التشغيلية والأداء المالي.
- الامتثال لنظام الإدارة المتكامل ISO بما في ذلك الجودة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة وسلامة الأغذية وإدارة شكاوى العملاء.
- المشاركة في مبادرات إدارة المخاطر وتقييم الأثر البيئي وترشيد الطاقة والمياه ومنع التلوث.
- التنسيق مع رؤساء الأقسام الأخرى ومراقبة أرصدة الإجازات والتدريب وتطبيق إجراءات الطوارئ.
- أداء مهام إضافية يكلف بها من الإدارة وتولي مسؤوليات مدير المناوبة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة. (المؤهل في مجال الضيافة ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال المالية داخل قطاع الفنادق أو الضيافة.
- خبرة سابقة في منصب مالي كبير أو مدير مالي في الفنادق أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Finance, Accounting, Cost Control, Purchasing and related financial operations of Rixos Murjana.
- Prepare, manage and monitor the annual operating budget, forecasts, cash flow projections and working capital requirements.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, reconciliations and timely submission of reports to Rixos, ownership and relevant authorities.
- Maintain effective cash management controls and provide recommendations based on financial performance and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor revenues, expenses, purchasing, payroll, disbursements and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Rixos policies, procedures, financial controls and applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with owners and their representatives.
- Understand and ensure compliance with the management agreement and its key financial requirements.
- Coordinate with the Regional Director of Finance and Regional Office on financial matters, projects and critical path activities.
- Work closely with all departments of Rixos Murjana to monitor departmental expenses, identify variances and support cost control initiatives.
- Oversee purchasing controls, inventory counts, fixed assets and operating equipment purchases.
- Supervise credit management activities and support the reduction of overdue and uncollectible balances.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, legal counsel, government authorities and other professional advisors when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, licenses, permits, insurance and other relevant financial and legal documentation.
- Work closely with HR on payroll controls, payroll budgets and related procedures.
- Coordinate with the IT Department on financial system setup, implementation and training.
- Lead, coach, train, supervise and evaluate Finance and related department employees.
- Participate actively in credit meetings, management meetings, training programs and property initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement, operational efficiency and financial performance across Rixos Murjana.

Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with other Department Heads at Rixos Murjana.
- Monitor staff vacation and public holiday balances and provide required reports to HR.
- Conduct regular technical and skills training within the area of responsibility.
- Ensure team members are familiar with emergency, security and operational procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant Rixos policies, operational standards and departmental documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Assume Duty Manager responsibilities when scheduled.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline. A hospitality-related qualification is an advantage.
- 5-7 years of relevant finance experience within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a senior hotel finance or Director of Finance role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls and cash management.
- Good understanding of Saudi Arabian financial, tax and statutory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional judgment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively with owners, General Management, Regional Finance and corporate stakeholders.
