تعلن فنادق ريكسوس (Rixos Hotels) عن توفر وظيفة مشرف نادي المراهقين (Teens Club Supervisor) في مكة المكرمة، مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية، المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن نبحث عن شخص يتمتع بشخصية نشيطة ومحبة للعمل مع المراهقين ليكون جزءاً من فريقنا المتميز.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التشغيل اليومي لنادي المراهقين وضمان سير الأنشطة بسلاسة وأمان.
- تخطيط وتنظيم وتقديم أنشطة جذابة ومناسبة للفئة العمرية، تشمل الرياضة والألعاب والأنشطة الإبداعية والفعاليات الاجتماعية والترفيهية.
- التأكد من تسجيل المراهقين بشكل صحيح واستكمال معلومات وموافقة ولي الأمر/الوصي.
- الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ونظيفة ومنظمة ومرحبة في نادي المراهقين.
- فحص الألعاب والمعدات والمرافق ومناطق الأنشطة للتأكد من سلامتها وملاءمتها للاستخدام.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات ومعايير السلامة الخاصة بفنادق ريكسوس.
- الإشراف على أنشطة نادي المراهقين وضمان الحفاظ على مستويات الإشراف المناسبة.
- الاستجابة بشكل مناسب للحوادث والإصابات والطوارئ والمخاوف السلوكية والمواقف غير المعتادة.
- استكمال وتقديم تقارير الحوادث وفقاً لإجراءات الشركة.
- الحفاظ على التواصل المهني مع المراهقين وأولياء الأمور/الأوصياء ونزلاء الفندق والزملاء.
- إبلاغ مساعد مدير الترفيه وقائد الفريق بأي مواقف مهمة أو غير معتادة.
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء فريق نادي المراهقين على الإجراءات التشغيلية والخدمية والسلامة.
- دعم فريق الترفيه في الفعاليات والأنشطة وبرامج الفندق الأخرى عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سرية معلومات النزلاء والعائلات والمراهقين.
- ضمان الامتثال لنظام الإدارة المتكامل للفندق وسياسات ريكسوس وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية والمتطلبات المحلية.
- أداء المهام المعقولة الأخرى التي يكلف بها مساعد مدير الترفيه أو مدير الترفيه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل الحصول على دبلوم أو درجة في الضيافة، أو الترفيه، أو التعليم، أو الرياضة، أو السياحة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في نادي المراهقين، أو نادي الأطفال، أو الترفيه، أو الأنشطة الشبابية، أو الرياضة، أو الضيافة، أو بيئة منتجع.
- تعتبر الخبرة الإشرافية السابقة أو قيادة الفريق ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل خبرة في العمل مع المراهقين في بيئة مهنية.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) والإسعافات الأولية.
- مهارات جيدة في استخدام الحاسوب.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة لغات إضافية تُعد ميزة.

Job Description
- Supervise the daily operation of the Teens Club and ensure activities run smoothly and safely.
- Plan, organize, and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities, including sports, games, creative activities, social events, and entertainment.
- Ensure teenagers are properly registered and that required parent/guardian information and consent documentation is completed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming Teens Club environment.
- Inspect games, equipment, facilities, and activity areas to ensure they are safe and suitable for use.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Rixos policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Supervise Teens Club activities and ensure appropriate levels of supervision are maintained.
- Respond appropriately to accidents, incidents, emergencies, behavioral concerns, and other unusual situations.
- Complete and submit incident reports in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain professional communication with teenagers, parents/guardians, hotel guests, and colleagues.
- Keep the Assistant Entertainment Manager and Team Leader informed of any important or unusual situations.
- Train and guide Teens Club team members on operational, service, and safety procedures.
- Support the Entertainment team with events, activities, and other hotel programs when required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest, family, and teenager information.
- Ensure compliance with the hotel's Integrated Management System, Rixos policies, SOPs, and applicable local requirements.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Assistant Entertainment Manager or Director of Entertainment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Recreation, Education, Sports, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a Teens Club, Kids Club, recreation, entertainment, youth activities, sports, hospitality, or resort environment is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
- Experience working with teenagers in a professional environment is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Good computer skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
