فنادق ريكسوس (Rixos Hotels) تعلن عن حاجتها لمشرف أمن (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في مكة، مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية، المملكة العربية السعودية. المشرف مسؤول عن الإشراف على العمليات الأمنية اليومية وضمان سلامة وأمن النزلاء والموظفين والممتلكات وفق أعلى معايير الضيافة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إطلاع مدير الأمن المساعد/مدير الأمن على جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالأمن.
- التنسيق مع مدير الهندسة بشأن مسؤوليات السلامة والأمن.
- التواصل مع إدارة الفندق والموظفين لدعم قضايا الأمن ومنع الخسائر.
- التواصل مع السلطات المحلية (الشرطة، الدفاع المدني) عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على المظهر المهني والالتزام بالزي الرسمي.
- حضور جميع الدورات التدريبية المقررة.
- التعاون الكامل مع قسم الأمن والإدارات الأخرى.
- الإلمام بالأنشطة اليومية للفندق ومرافقه وخدماته.
- الإشراف على فريق الأمن وضمان تغطية جميع النقاط الأمنية.
- إجراء تفتيش دوري على نقاط الأمن بما فيها غرفة المراقبة (CCTV).
- ضمان اتباع إجراءات التحكم في الوصول والأمن.
- التحكم في دخول الموظفين عبر بطاقات التقارب عند المداخل المخصصة.
- التحكم الصارم في حركة المقاولين والزوار والموردين داخل المناطق الخلفية.
- إصدار وتسجيل تصاريح الزوار ومراقبتها.
- مراقبة حركة المواد والمعدات داخل الفندق وخارجه.
- تقييم التهديدات الأمنية المحتملة واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية.
- الحفاظ على سرية جميع السجلات والتقارير والتحقيقات الأمنية.
- الإشراف على إعداد وتوزيع التقارير الأمنية للإدارة.
- توثيق جميع الحوادث والأنشطة الأمنية ذات الصلة.
- مراجعة سجل مدير المناوبة/مدير الليل يوميًا واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراجعة سجل قسم الأمن يوميًا واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
- إبلاغ مدير الأمن بالحوادث الهامة والمخاطر والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة وسرية متعلقة بالعمليات الأمنية.
- ضمان توثيق جميع الأمور الأمنية وفق معايير الشركة.
- التأكد من إلمام جميع موظفي الأمن بإجراءات الطوارئ.
- التأكد من استعداد فريق الأمن التام للتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية سعودي (Saudi National).
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الجامعية في أي تخصص.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور مشرف أمن أو دور إشرافي مماثل.
- خبرة في مجال الأمن في فنادق أو منتجعات (إلزامي).
- خبرة سابقة في بيئة فنادق 5 نجوم/فاخرة (مفضلة بشدة).
- خبرة في قطاع الضيافة في الإمارات أو دول الخليج (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بإجراءات الأمن الفندقي، الاستجابة للطوارئ، التحكم في الوصول، الإبلاغ عن الحوادث، ومنع الخسائر.
- معرفة جيدة بإجراءات السلامة من الحرائق والسلامة العامة.
- مهارات حاسوبية جيدة تشمل إعداد التقارير وصيانة السجلات الأمنية.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Security Operations
- Keep the Assistant Security Manager / Director of Security informed of all security-related matters.
- Coordinate with the Director of Engineering on matters relating to fire, safety, and security responsibilities, as applicable.
- Liaise with hotel management and employees to assist with security issues, loss prevention, and control.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, fire and safety authorities, and other relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Attend all required training sessions as scheduled.
- Demonstrate full cooperation, respect, and professionalism within the Security Department and with other hotel departments.
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel's daily activities, facilities, services, and operations.
- Supervise the daily activities of the Security team and ensure all assigned security posts are properly staffed.
- Conduct frequent inspections and supervision of all security posts, including the CCTV room.
- Ensure all security personnel follow established access-control and security procedures.
- Ensure appropriate control of employee access and proximity-card procedures at designated staff entrances.
- Strictly control the movement of contractors, visitors, suppliers, and other authorized persons in and out of back-of-house areas.
- Ensure visitor passes are properly issued, recorded, and controlled.
- Monitor and control the movement of materials, equipment, and other items entering or leaving the hotel.
- Continuously evaluate potential security threats and take appropriate preventive measures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all security records, reports, investigations, and sensitive hotel information.
- Supervise the preparation and distribution of security reports to hotel management.
- Ensure all security incidents and relevant activities are properly documented.
- Review the Duty Manager/Night Manager logbook daily and take appropriate corrective action regarding security-related matters.
- Review the Security Department logbook daily and take appropriate action when required.
- Keep the Security Manager informed of significant incidents, risks, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records relating to security operations.
- Ensure all security documentation is maintained in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Ensure that all Security employees are thoroughly familiar with the hotel's emergency procedures.
- Ensure the Security team remains fully prepared
- Bachelor's degree or university degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Security Supervisor or similar supervisory security role.
- Hotel or resort security experience is required.
- Previous experience in a 5-star/luxury hotel environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC hospitality sector is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of hotel security procedures, emergency response, access control, incident reporting, and loss prevention.
- Good working knowledge of fire and life-safety procedures.
- Good computer skills, including the ability to prepare reports and maintain security records.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
